Aglio e Olio takes its name from the humblest and most beloved of Roman dishes: garlic, olive oil and a little fresh chilli, tossed through perfectly cooked spaghetti. It is the way we cook everything. Let a few honest ingredients speak and get out of their way.
In the heart of Chelsea, at 194 Fulham Road, we are a local favourite for long lunches, family dinners and quiet glasses of wine. Fresh pasta, grilled fish and a blackboard of daily specials, served the way a good trattoria should: generously and without fuss.
